I specialise in supporting professionals who are often in demanding or senior roles, who find themselves overwhelmed by stress, burnout, and imposter syndrome. Many of my clients describe feeling exhausted, withdrawn, or “burnt out,” even though they continue to perform at a high level. These struggles can lead to sleepless nights, strained relationships, and a sense of disconnection from life outside of work.
Clients often come to me when they feel they can’t keep pushing through on their own. My calming presence, clear communication, and practical tools help create a safe space for reflection and change. Drawing on both my professional expertise and seven years’ experience in the NHS Ambulance Services, I understand first-hand the impact of long hours, relentless pressure, and the toll it can take on health and wellbeing.

As a cognitive behavioural hypnotherapist, my approach is grounded in evidence-based practice. I help clients uncover unhelpful patterns, develop effective coping strategies, and regain a sense of clarity and control. ​I've learned through personal experience and professional training that stress and anxiety can manifest in various different ways, as such a good number of us live in the belief that we're not stressed.
