No, hypnotherapy and stage hypnosis are very different things. Using hypnosis in this setting you may experience occasional body twitches or other minor phenomena, but you won't be doing anything outlandish or embarrassing.
Yes, you remain in full control during hypnosis. You can choose to respond to suggestions or not, and you can end the session whenever you wish.
Yes, hypnotherapy by itself has been proven to work for certain problems. The CBH approach that I use has been proven to make CBT more effective.
However, no therapy is effective for every individual. As such, we will discuss in the initial consultation whether hypnotherapy may be suitable for you.

Each therapy session costs £70.

Together, we'll work towards your goals in a safe and confidential environment.
If you need to cancel a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within this time frame will incur the session fee. I understand that life can be unpredictable, so please communicate any changes as soon as possible.
If you arrive late to a session, we can still proceed, but the session will be shorter to avoid affecting other clients' appointments.
